A four-member board runs the company. Radhamohan Group also runs a plastics division at Sachin GIDC, Surat, which makes ACDB and DCDB enclosures, plastic products for RO plants and plastic toys.

Incorporated on 17 August 2009 and registered with ROC Ahmedabad, with Mahesh Kumar Ashok Kumar Jindal as whole-time director.

Suresh Kumar Jindal and Ram Niwas Deedwania took up their current designations on 7 August 2013.

Sunilkumar Kanaiyalal Chordia appointed director on 30 November 2016.

The group's plastics division began injection moulding at Sachin GIDC, Surat.

Began drawing solar power from a 1.8 MWp open-access solar plant at Bhalod, Bharuch.
